Due to an internal move we are looking for an exceptional Senior Tech Lead Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 12 month Fixed-Term Contract. This is a high-impact role where you will lead recruitment across critical technology disciplines including Product, Data, Security, Cloud, Infrastructure and Architecture.

What you'll be doing:

Strategic Talent Partner

You will work closely with senior Technology leaders to understand business priorities and design recruitment strategies that deliver the talent needed to achieve them.

Lead Complex Technology Hiring

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for niche and senior-level roles in both the UK and our new Barcelona Tech Hub across:

·       Product Management

·       Data & Analytics

·       Cloud & Infrastructure

·       DevOps & Platform Engineering

·       Architecture 

Build Talent Pipelines

Using direct sourcing, talent mapping and market intelligence, you will proactively identify and engage high-calibre technical talent.

Manage Outsourced Delivery

You will oversee our outsourced recruitment delivery partner, ensuring roles are filled efficiently, cost-effectively and to the highest quality standards.

Drive Continuous Improvement

You will use data, insights and market trends to enhance hiring processes, improve time-to-hire and strengthen our employer brand in the technology market.


Requirements of the Role

Essential Experience:

  • Significant experience recruiting across Technology and Digital functions
  • Experience recruiting capability in a growing market 
  • Proven success hiring for complex and hard-to-fill technical roles
  • Strong sourcing expertise using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Hiring Assistant
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
  • Deep understanding of technology talent markets and hiring trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience mentoring recruiters or leading within a Talent Acquisition team 

Desirable:

  • Experience in fast-paced, transformation or global organisations
  • Knowledge of recruitment analytics and market intelligence tools
  • Exposure to employer branding and attraction campaigns

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
